Booking Policy
By booking notary signing services through Natalie Castaneda DBA Mobile Notary Natalie, the client, and all parties to the signing transaction, accept the terms and conditions of the services provided and agree to be invoiced for booked services. Notaries cannot give legal advice or create legal documents. for general notary signings; it is the responsibility of the signer to bring their full and complete document and understand the document they are signing.
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancelations and time changes on confirmed appointments must be made at least 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. No-show signers will be charged the minimum travel fee of $80 for confirmed singing appointments unless changes were requested 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, via text or call. If client is unprepared upon notary's arrival, notary may elect to reschedule client and travel fees will still apply.
Cost of Services
Payment for general notary services is due at the time of singing. Loan signing services will be invoiced and due upon receipt. Please make checks payable to Natalie Castaneda. I accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, and ApplePay for general notary services. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the services provided, the client agrees to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations; if unable to reach an agreement within 30 days, the client may elect to initiate binding arbitration in Jackson County Oregon.
